The view towards the lake is all windows with an extended deck. My guests will also be able to go up to my Sky Deck which has one of the highest and most beautiful views of the lake and the Texas hill country. There is a private entrance for guest. Enjoy this hidden gem in New Braunfels. This 392 sq ft 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house has it's own full kitchen with washer/dryer. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a pull out couch in the living room (pull out mattress was replaced in July 2024). The house is fenced off so you have your own private oasis! You'll be able to BBQ on those nice Texas nights too!

Great short stay! Almost all the amenities of a hotel for a fraction of the cost. Private studio with stand-up shower, FIRM sofa bed, wall fireplace/heater, microwave, fridge with small freezer and ice, coffee, and sink. Great wifi. Centrally located in a touristy area of Hill Country! No access to owners home.
