Its balcony has a nice view over the pine trees. 5 minutes walk from convenience stores (bakery, restaurants, supermarket...). Its configuration: little room (bed 140cm, )bright living room (1 sofa) and balcony with table, equipped kitchen (nespresso machine, fridge, electric hob, micro wave, ...), shower room with toilets.
