The studio apartment(above main house) is a short walk to the beach (which is on the property.) Studio is fully furnished including linens, towels, hairdryer, pots, pans, etc. Coffee shops and restaurants within a mile, marinas are less than a mile to launch your boat. Fabulous views of the Bay, full kitchen, spacious bath and your own private back yard. There is a dock to fish from or sit and watch the sunrise and set. There is also a small beach. Dog friendly , sorry no cats.

Looking for a rustic, salty, and authentic stay? Look no further! The Fish House is located on Harper's Cove which is just a short boat ride away from the great waters of historic Antipoison Creek and the mighty Chesapeake Bay. This one bedroom, upstairs apartment is spacious and inviting. The property is a bustling place with lots of local boaters and watermen. This lovely downstairs apartment is located in the village of Cheriton. We have a nice park, an antique store and galleries that are open on occasion 🤣. Although we are not a golf cart community, we do have a park and quite streets for walking. The resort town of Cape Charles with it’s beach, restaurants and shops is about four miles to the west and Oyster Seaside boat landing is just to the west. To the south is the beautiful Kiptopeake State Park.
