Get away from it all with this, rustic tiny home situated on a small farm. Sit out front and enjoy the sunset while you watch the horses, donkeys, goats and cows. We do ask you only feed the animals the provided treats. There is no wifi available, you can use your hotspot on your cell for the tv. Microwave and grill with a side burner for cooking. No indoor stove or oven. Toilet and sink inside, shower is outside. Close to downtown Wilmington and the beaches! Lots of local history as well!

Coffee maker, wine fridge, fire pit with Adirondack chairs for evening glass of wine or to watch the fireflies. Saltwater pool from mid-May to Mid- Sep. Private two-person hot tub. This studio guest house has a private entrance with pond and pool view from the room. The cover photo is one of Wilmingtons sunrise at the beach. This cozy room has a comfortable King bed, 1 pull out sofa couch. Your own private bath stocked with towels and mini toiletries if you forget them. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. I have a coffee maker and cups for the morning cup of joe.
