The house itself is located in the small village of Tierra Del Mar on a dead end street that ends at the beach. World Class Views: Proposal Rock Ocean Front Condo

Our small STUDIO “jewel box” condo looks out on to two merging, clear, fresh water creeks, sandy beaches, tide pools, layered cliffs, the Ghost Forest, and is surrounded by a national forest. It has: full kitchen, bath, queen bed, pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). It’s been full renovated to make it our dream getaway! Neskowin has a good wine/deli/market on site. Please reference pictures to see the trundle bed twin + last pic for location off US Hwy 101.

Compass Rose Cottage

This compact cottage has been meticulously decorated with a retro feel. The cottage provides a quiet place to sit back, relax and enjoy Pacific City with friends, family, and those with four legs. The main house has two bedrooms with double beds. The Compass Rose room is detached and featuring a king-sized bed and a half bath. The main bathroom has been completely renovated. The view is sunset ready. We respect our neighbors and community and follow the Airbnb no party policy.

The Alaia Beach House

Our home is nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac backed by natural wetlands and walking trails leading you over bridges to the Nestucca River. The Nestucca is about a two-minute walk and offers great fishing, bird watching, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding. We are centrally located about a half a mile walk to the beach, Pelican Brew Pub and Cape Kiwanda state park and about a 15-minute walk to the flashing red light on the east side of Pacific City.

This delightful, cozy cabin with HOT TUB is the perfect getaway for 2. With spectacular views of the Big Nestucca River and the top of Haystack Rock, staying here can feel like stepping into a painting. The proximity to the river (with private dock) offers an opportunity to experience the magic of a tidal river that is teeming with life. This picturesque cabin is a throwback to a bygone era and is our family's special spot.

Watch eagle soar, whales pass by, seals swim, waves form and break, sunsets, and if you're lucky watch the commercial crabbing vessels brave the open waters. Welcome to River Rest on the beautiful Nestucca River! Our four bedroom, two bathroom home is the perfect retreat for families or couples who want to relax on the river. The backyard is the river, so sit back and enjoy the view. Bring your own watercraft to launch off of our dock, or use the double kayak or canoe that is available. We are quick walk to the beach, too.
