The Studio is within walking distance to a selection of local shops, bakery, chemist, pubs & fantastic restaurants. The studio is newly refurbished with underfloor heating. Widescreen Hd TV, DVD, amazon firestick & Bluetooth speaker for your music. There is an additional £10 charge for use of the sofa bed.

Just 3 minutes walk from the Central Train Station, enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Each private studio apartment has a King size bed, ensuite bathroom kitchenette and access to the ground floor patio. The TV has Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV+ and Disney+. The WiFi is everywhere and very fast. Please note that due to the individual nature of the building, all studios are different so we cannot guarantee any particular one will be assigned to you.

Cosy studio

A completely self-contained annex-come-studio in our garden. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cardiff and is very close to lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and shops and is 25 mins walk or ten mins bus ride to town - the bus stop is right behind the annex. It is suitable for a couple, two friends (there's a pull-out single bed in the living area) or a couple with a child. We converted our garage during lockdown and created this unique and cosy space.

Cottage in Bute Park

Once part of the farm belonging to the Marquess of Bute. Close to the city centre, Cardiff Uni, Bute Park and Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. If you like the unusual you should love this cottage because of the location and quirky old fashioned charm of the place. It suits families, visiting academics and small groups. Good WIFI. . Please feel free to enjoy the paved area and lawn outside the front door. See other things to note below.

Gwyn Lodge

A self contained bungalow comprising of a bathroom with a bath and a shower, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen diner including a washing machine, iron with ironing board, an electric cooker, microwave and a fridge freezer. A spacious bedroom with a double bed and a suitable laptop work space / dressing table with a hairdryer. The bungalow is well situated on the grounds of our main house and has off road parking is available.
