The Hobbit - A Cosy Country Escape

The Hobbit is a small cosy hideaway, located within the grounds of a beautiful English country garden. The space gives the feeling of an old ships cabin, with original oak beams and panelling. The place might be small but still has all the comforts of home, including a standard double bed, underfloor heating and a deep roll top bath. As well as being furnished with antique fixtures and fittings. The Hobbit has a small but lovely garden room, where guests can just watch the world go by.

The annexe is situated in the quiet and rural village of Colton, 8.6 miles from the centre of Norwich. A comfortable 1 bedroom annexe for your sole use. Facilities include a kitchen with lounge, TV and dining table. Access to wifi. Hypnos double bed and ensuite shower room. There is free on site parking for 1 car. The annexe is an ideal base for exploring the delights that Norfolk has to offer. A very quiet and peaceful location with the vibrant city of Norwich on the doorstep.

In the village of Wicklewood, down its own winding lane, a perfect retreat to take country walks, head into the market town of Wymondham, the city of Norwich or the Norfolk coastline. Enjoy the sounds of nature, the sheep in the fields, the valley views, and if you’re lucky, see the steam trains pass on the Mid Norfolk Heritage Railway. Sorry, the Tiny House is not suitable for pets or young children.

Nearby is the village shop, popular butchers and local pub. There are plenty of walks to enjoy nearby.
