Should you prefer things to be a little less hectic , take one of the many hiking trails just outside your back door, or retire to the sun room to read and relax. Alternatively , just meander through the beautifully matured Ros Cottage garden all lovingly planted by the owner. This is a very unique and beautiful home with an abundance of character. Hillside Lodge is nestled in the village of Rostrevor, with restaurants, pubs, Kilbroney Park & the beach all within a 1 minute stroll from the front door. The lodge is a warm enticing space with a wood burning stove & spiral staircase to the bedrooms. A large garden lies to the front of the lodge great for children to play football or basketball. The Clonmellon Lodge is an 18th c. gothic mini castle recently restored, newly refurbished bathrooms and kitchen, all in one floor, with easy access to the grounds of Killua Castle. The Lodge can fit 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one with an ( American) Queen size bed, and the second with a double size bed. There is an office with a daybed that can sleep an small adult comfortably, and it has a full bathroom next to it.
