This apartment is set on the border of Fitzroy and Collingwood - meters away from the vibrant Smith St and Brunswick St. This neighbourhood is filled with hidden cafes, restaurants, bars and quirky shops. The CBD is a short tram or bus ride away. In the heart of vibrant Fitzroy and Collingwood, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is on the top floor (5th) of a new and award winning building and every detail has been considered for a complete stay. Overlooking all the little cottages, homes and former factories with views all the way to the mountains. The pictures I've posted here really speak for themselves - you'll feel spoilt in this warm, comfortable home. Ask the host, a hospitality professional, for recommendations of must-go, must-see, and must-eat-at places in this lively neighbourhood. Set on the border of Fitzroy and Collingwood, vibrant Smith Street and Brunswick Street are only metres away. I will check you in personally - 24/7 late in to the night/after midnight - AT NO EXTRA COST. You will just have to inform me and I will be there to check you in. Sometimes, an early check-in before 3pm is available too as long as the cleaners have finished and the apartment is ready.

A bedroom area under high vaulted ceilings decked out with a queen size bed, luxury mattress and egyptian cotton sheets, is a relaxing and airy space for kicking back after a day of exploring. Guests have access to their private entrance and courtyard area with an alfresco garden setting for breakfasting and sharing a yarn next to a small organic herb garden. Located within the greenery and parklands of Princes Hill and Historic Carlton, it's a short stroll to Rathdown Street village and the iconic "Little Italy" eateries in Lygon St. Then settle in for a movie at the local Arthouse Cinema Nova. We are located within a 5 minute walking distance to tram lines heading to the City, Sydney Road and Brunswick East and parking is available around the home or else just bike about like a true local.

The old stables in Fitzroy North. Our space is a renovated old stables situated at the back of our home in Fitzroy north. The two properties are kept separate, so the house is all yours for the duration of your stay. We designed the space to feel as though it is connected to the garden, the wooden ceiling and large glass sliding doors open up to let nature in. This is a place for relaxation, a retreat that is still close to the fun of the city.
