Its walking distance to down town Montecito's famous Coast Village Road and Butterfly Beach is a nice walking distance away. The unit is available for 30 days stay at the time. Mountain View from bedroom window and only steps to one of California’s premiere family friendly beaches. Quick walk to world famous “the Spot” burgers but really, it’s all about the beach, it’s like so close! Walking trails in the wetlands are close too, the kids love exploring there. Carp’s got some cool restaurants too, our favorite is Teddy’s by the Sea. Partly because our dog is named Teddy but food’s pretty good too!

Step on the sand and turn right, and you'll enter a beach area where you and your dog can walk.

This is a totally private studio, 1 bath apartment attached to the back of my house. I’ve installed soundproofing material between the shared wall, so go crazy! Well, not too crazy ;) The apartment space is super cozy and comfortable. The bed back there is actually more comfortable than mine so I'm jealous and you're welcome. AND you have full use of the backyard, including the firepit area and hot tub.
