Our newly refurbished apartment consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a corridor. Whole apartment is air-conditioned and, on top of that, each of the two bedrooms have a separate heating/air-conditioning system. Bedroom 1: one double bed or two single beds - arranged according to your preference Bedroom 2: one double bed Both bathrooms have walk-in spacious showers. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. In the living room, you can enjoy the time with each other or watch some TV on a 55" screen. Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need. Train station -> 3 mins walking distance Pedestrian zone -> 2 mins walking distance Marina with ferries -> 10 mins walking distance Bus stop -> 1 min walking distance We would also like to inform you that authorities require all the guests to pay the local tax at 2.5 euro/person/night (>16years) for max 5 consecutive nights of stay. This amount shall be paid in cash at the check in. Moreover, we need to communicate to the local Police office the guest register and we would need some information from all our guest to fullfill this legal requirement.

Located near the path nr 1 (AV5T), you can reach Riomaggiore and Portovenere by trekking through the paths with a splendid view. It also has the convenience of arriving with the car under the house, the recommended way to reach us. 10 minutes by car from La Spezia and even less from Riomaggiore. Free parking on site.

Terra D'incanto, si trova a Fosdinovo in Lunigiana, su una collina vista mare, all'interno di un meraviglioso bosco e magnifici uliveti. Per raggiungerci dovrai percorrere 600mt di strada sterrata facilmente percorribile con tutti i mezzi. La struttura è dotata di piscina arredata, terrazza panoramica. Inoltre abbiamo alcuni servizi su prenotazione e a pagamento idromassaggio caldo all’aperto, palestra, massaggi otre al nostro servizio bar e ristorante alla carta.

Il Melograno, natura e cultura in Riomaggiore

Le camere, situate al secondo piano di una casa del 1700, con ingresso indipendente, offrono un meraviglioso panorama. Si fornisce: cassaforte in ogni camera, TV, zanzariere e tenda da sole, angolo tè- caffè e angolo relax nel giardino sotto la casa. Pulizia e sanificazione - ogni due giorni - con prodotti da protocollo antivirus registrati nella scheda affissa. Cambio di biancheria a metà settimana.

Appartamento di recente ristrutturazione (2018) con terrazza panoramica vista mare, sito nella parte alta del paese in prossimità del Castello Medioevale con posizione dominante sul paese di Riomaggiore e la Marina. Costituito da una camera, una zona living con angolo cottura e da un bagno, oltre ad essere dotato di tutti i confort, ha nelle ampie vetrate e nel terrazzo le peculiarità principali.
