Our newly refurbished apartment consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a corridor. Whole apartment is air-conditioned and, on top of that, each of the two bedrooms have a separate heating/air-conditioning system. Bedroom 1: one double bed or two single beds - arranged according to your preference Bedroom 2: one double bed Both bathrooms have walk-in spacious showers. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. In the living room, you can enjoy the time with each other or watch some TV on a 55" screen. Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need. Train station -> 3 mins walking distance Pedestrian zone -> 2 mins walking distance Marina with ferries -> 10 mins walking distance Bus stop -> 1 min walking distance We would also like to inform you that authorities require all the guests to pay the local tax at 2.5 euro/person/night (>16years) for max 5 consecutive nights of stay. This amount shall be paid in cash at the check in. Moreover, we need to communicate to the local Police office the guest register and we would need some information from all our guest to fullfill this legal requirement.

Lemon Suite - Prevo Cinque Terre

Lemon Suite is located in the highest and amazing spot of "Sentiero Azzurro" (Blue Path) in halfway between Corniglia and Vernazza, in the center of Cinque Terre National Park, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view on tuscany archipelago. We are in a hamlet of Vernazza, 'Prevo', secluded from the hustle and bustle but also within reach of everything you need. Lemon Suite has private parking, air conditioning, a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea, just above the famous Guvano beach.

A classy accommodation renovated in mid-2022 with a private garden that enjoys a breathtaking view and a privileged position overlooking the sea. Located a few steps from the beach and the town of Portovenere, Giardino di Venere offers all the comforts to relax in an oasis of quiet ideal for couples, families or group of friends. Recco(1200 m.) il Parco Nazionale di Portofino(3km) sono raggiungibili oltre che in auto, anche a piedi con panoramiche passeggiate; Genova-Nervi dista 12 km (SS1 Aurelia)

It offers all amenities: high speed wifi, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, a bedroom (160x200 cm double bed), a double sofa bed (140x200 cm) in the living room + garden. View over the surrounding mountains. (1 pet allowed - extra fee Eur 25 p/stay). The flat can only be reached on foot. Public parking is 100 mts away. Carro can be reached only by car, as busses from Sestri are very limitedl!
