This Garage apartment has the best of both worlds, just a short drive into downtown Eureka Springs and a short walk or drive down our private road to Beaver Lake. The road down to the lake is steep and all-wheel drive is recommended. (Although walking down is a great hike). This property is a 40-acre paradise. Come swimming, fishing, hiking, or have friends pick you up with their boat in the cove. There is a boat launch at Big Clifty just up the road if you are bringing your own boat.
