The original building was built in 1953 by the late Dewey Brooks and served as a drug store for many years before eventually being abandoned in the early 2000’s. In 2013 this structure was rehabbed and transformed into the building you see today. The Condos are located on nearly two acres composed almost entirely of river front property and gravel bar.
