From the cottage, walk to the beach, or 5 minute drive to Mendocino.

Conveniently located 15 minutes south of Mendocino, this property offers privacy with space to spread out between the houses. Historical photos and stories are provided for those interested in stepping back in time. Caspar is an an inviting community today. Walk to a beach and the very accessible Caspar Headlands. The sounds of nearby sea lions are delightful!

Two walking blocks away is the Botanical Gardens where you will experience vast gardens and spectacular views, and maybe see a pod of whales. The house has a private driveway and a code to get in.
