It is equipped with every comfort, a balcony overlooking the sea and access to the solarium terrace (jun-sept 18+). Living room and bathroom are decorated with arabesque marble from the Apuan Alps, while the bedroom retains the historic floors. The apartment, unique in its kind, also benefits from a natural cooling system.
