The property has a 10x5m swimming pool with solarium and garden area. From the pool you have a breathtaking view onto the coastline. The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

Può ospitare fino a 5 persone ed è composto da due ampie camere da letto, un grande salone, bagno, lavanderia e cucina. Tutti gli ambienti climatizzati. Parcheggio gratuito all'interno della proprietà.

Its equipped with A /C, parking place, sun curtain in the terrass, blackout blinds in all windows, TV, free Wi-Fi, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. If you come during wintertime the apartment has floor heating. The position of the apartments will assure you a vacation that is like balm for your soul and always in reach of the best of Sicily. From season 2026 the pool is not availble.

The apartment is very central, located just in front of the historical "Osterio Magno" Palace, the old residence of the king Ruggero, 100 meters far from the Norman Cathedral and about 150 meters far from the beach. Everything you may need is at walking distance: pubs, bar, shops, restaurants, cafe' are all at 2 minutes walk, or less. The sea is 5 minutes walk and all the monuments are very close. The big Rock of Cefalu is just behind the house and can be easily reached for a nice excursion

Dal giardino si accede direttamente alla spiaggia. L’appartamento è composto da una cucina ben attrezzata in cui è possibile mangiare, un divano letto, camera da letto matrimoniale e bagno con doccia. È indispensabile un mezzo di trasporto (auto o scooter) poiché la zona non è servita da trasporti pubblici.

Casa indipendente nel bellissimo centro storico di Cefalu. Strada pedonale molto tranquilla vicinissima alla cattedrale ed alla spiaggia. Potete vivere la cittadina in piena libertà senza dover prendere mezzi di trasporto. Ingresso privato, bellissima vista mare con balcone. Casa completamente arredata con una camera da letto ( con letto Queen) ed un soggiorno con divano letto. Bagno con doccia.
