It is a self-contained 1st floor studio, adjacent to the hosts property, surrounded by sheep, donkeys, dogs, chickens, a pony and large African tortoise. The house with dates back in parts to 1580AD and is set in 1 acre of grounds. It has a lounge with inglenook fireplace, bakery with bread oven and large conservatory and study/office. The hot tub is heated all year and the pool is available all year and heated 28 March - 2 November. Please bring your own pool towels. With views over open countryside it is accessible for Bath, Lacock, Malmesbury, Cirencester, Avebury, Stonehenge, Highgrove, Westonbirt Arboretum, Corsham Court and Dyhram Park.

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.
