Once part of the farm belonging to the Marquess of Bute. Close to the city centre, Cardiff Uni, Bute Park and Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. The house is modern and is in a quiet residential area. This house has a STRICT NO PARTIES POLICY. No using the garden area after 10pm.
