Langland View is a delightful cottage 50 meters from the Golf Club, 150 meters from Langland Bay, the Brasserie, public tennis courts and the coastal path. You have exclusive use of this spacious property and outdoor terrace with fabulous sea and golf course views. Mumbles village is a brisk 20 minutes walk. The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friend groups, but please no loud parties.

This is a 1 bedroom cabin and is not suitable for children or pets. Vehicular access to this listing is via a farm track with 3/4 of a mile of VERY BUMPY potholes. We swapped our lovely Narrowboat on the Grand Union for a cosy, pet friendly chalet for two with a distinct Narrowboat feel. Ideal for surfers and walkers, small, but perfectly formed with all the romance of a live aboard by the seaside. This land locked chalet has everything you could possibly need, tucked away between the Mumbles Cricket Club and the world famous Wales Coastal path. Direct Private access to the Coastal Path nearby, at the top of the road for Guests and Residents.

Caswell Beach House

A beautiful cosy home situated in Caswell with a pretty enclosed private garden. There is off road parking for 2 cars and a bus stop nearby. It is within a short walking distance of the spectacular Caswell and Langland beaches and the charming coastal village of Mumbles with its quaint shops, bars, cafes and galleries. There is a local butchers and news agents nearby and a pub a short walk away. At Langland Bay with its pretty beach huts there are tennis courts and a brasserie.

Your private suite is just 15 metres from the sea in our seafront home, with uninterrupted views across Swansea Bay. Step onto the new promenade or use the slipway opposite for swimming or paddleboarding. The space includes a king-size bed, large corner sofa (also a sofa bed), dining/work space, full-size fridge, and a modern shower room/WC. While there are no cooking facilities, the suite is equipped with cutlery, plates, bowls, and glasses, along with tea, coffee, and milk.

A self-contained annexe with private access, on a quiet street in West Cross. It’s a short 5 minunte walk to the seafront promenade where you can enjoy walks and take in the sea air, and a further 10 -15 minute walk into Mumbles with all of the amenities including a wide variety of local shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
