The ground floors apartment benefits from a private patio area, just a few short steps from the beach. Only a short car journey from the village of Mumbles which is home to many stylish shops, galleries, cafes and restaurants. Further afield, you will find the Gower Peninsular which offers more fabulous beaches and countryside.

There is a local butchers and news agents nearby and a pub a short walk away. At Langland Bay with its pretty beach huts there are tennis courts and a brasserie.

While there are no cooking facilities, the suite is equipped with cutlery, plates, bowls, and glasses, along with tea, coffee, and milk.
