If you are looking for a sunny, romantic place in which you can enjoy some peaceful and quiet moments at the footsteps of the Dolomites (1100mt s/m) our portion of this old farmhouse (150m2) is what you are looking for. It has been property of our family for over 200 years and has recently been renovated by local artisans utilising antique furniture and wood from the area. The chalet is easily reachable and offers all modern conveniences. It can be enjoyed in summer as well as in winter.

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

L'appartamento si trova a Varena, un piccolo paese della Val di Fiemme che affaccia sulla catena del Lagorai. L'alloggio è posizionato al piano terra e gode di un giardino con vista. A pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro del paese dotato di bar, ristoranti, banca e negozi di prima necessità. Posizione ottima per raggiungere le varie località sciistiche (Alpe Cermis, Obereggen-Pampeago, Alpe Lusia ect) o come partenza per piacevoli escursioni a piedi o in bici.

Trozdem sehr ideal gelegen, da man schnell zu den gewünschten Zielen gelangt wie z.B. der Villandererer Alm, Saiser Alm, Plose, Grödner-Tal.... Auch die schönen Städte Südtirols, wie Klausen, Brixen, Bozen sind leicht zu erreichen..
