Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

La casa, inserita nel caratteristico ed affascinante borgo di Cavandone, paese di origine medioevale situato a 10 minuti da Suna, che ha mantenuto nel tempo le sue caratteristiche dell’epoca, si sviluppa su due piani. Il piano terra è composto da ingresso principale, soggiorno con divano letto, cucina e bagno finestrato con box doccia. Al primo piano troviamo una camera matrimoniale con balcone e secondo ingresso.
