Self-contained studio Wokingham

A self-contained newly build 20 m2 studio with separate entrance and parking. The studio is comprised of an en-suite bathroom, a super-king bed, a tall boy and a work desk. A kitchenette just next to the room with fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine and a tumble dryer. “The kitchenette doesn’t have a stove or an oven.” The studio is brand new and built to high standards. The studio is a 15 minutes walk to Wokingham train station and town centre.

Modern 1-bed studio annexe at the end of the garden, with private access and outdoor patio and seating area. Off-road parking included. Short walking distance from Reading University and Royal Berks Hospital, Heathrow RailAir coach link, and 24-hour bus service to and from town centre. Close to a very pleasant walk along the river to Sonning. Reading is a 25-minute train ride into London Paddington, and has beautiful countryside situated all around it, such as Oxfordshire and Henley.

A brand new bright & spacious garden house located within a quiet neighbourhood- free parking available. Alternatively, a 3-4 minute walk to bustop providing direct routes to Reading Town Centre, Reading station (roughly 2 miles away) and Henley on Thames (6.5 miles away) Access to buses going to Reading town centre & station and Henley On Thames (6.5 miles away) Also includes WIFI, a well equipped kitchen, dining & lounging area, double bedroom with a full length mirror & wardrobe.

Private double bedroom and en-suite bathroom

We are located very near the Royal Berkshire Hospital and University of Reading. We have a bedroom, garden room and bathroom for people to use during their stay (nothing is shared). There is a separate entrance to the guest's accommodation and there is no access to the main house. We have a cat who sleeps in the adjoining room (our utility room), but will not have access when guests stay. There is no breakfast supplied. There is on road parking on weekday evenings and weekends.
