The home's close proximity to the coast makes it easy to head to the ocean. Spend the day finding fun surfing spots and sunbathing on the beach. Play a round on the local golf course. And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. Nearby Caves Road leads to many local attractions including Mammoth and Lake Caves, wineries and Redgate and Conto beaches for surfing and fishing. Further on towards the Township of Augusta is Hamelin Bay, a beautiful beach more suitable for young children and family outings.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Calgardup Vineyard. The nature of wine.

A unique 1 bedroom studio located on our Calgardup Vineyard provides a respite from daily life and allows you to reconnect with nature. Step out the studio door and be immersed in the nature of wine. Situated adjacent to the Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park, this studio provides the perfect base for exploration of the Boranup forest and southern Margaret River caves and wineries with access to Redgate Beach and the Cape to Cape track from the property.
