"Casina del mare" is the apartment is where I spent every vacation as a child. It is perfect for couples, families (with children), and furry friends (domestic animals). It is fully furnished, with a single car parking. The apartment has recently been renovated, everything is brand new- it consists of two double bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room, one bathroom, a spacious open-plan living room and kitchen, a terrace and a closet. Check-in and check-out preferentially on Sunday.

Una vera e propria casa, con cucina, salotto, camera e bagno. Ampi spazi esterni, giardino e orto botanico.

Appartamento di 45 Mq disposto su un unico piano con piccolo giardino utilizzabile per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Comprende: un soggiorno con divano letto e cucina, un bagno e una camera da letto. In zona residenziale di Cecina, a 10 minuti di auto dal mare. Il parcheggio è libero in tutta la via dell'appartamento. L'appartamento è a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni di Cecina. Fermata Bus a 2 minuti a piedi.

The area is ideal for visiting Tuscany and tasting wines in the famous wineries not far away. It is also possible to practice excursions by bike and mountain bike with dedicated routes. On request we offer bike shelter, washing and maintenance.

Its unique location offers a wonderful view of the sea and the country, ensuring a pleasant tranquility, away from the heat and noise of the country.

Great place in the middle of Tuscan Hills, you will be surrounded by nature but close to all the beautiful cities of Tuscany! We rent two apartments, one on the upper floor called Balla and one on the ground floor called Modigliani. Tell us which one you prefer. PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED A CAR DURING YOUR STAY.
