Wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle? Enjoy a stay at our 3rd Generation Family Ranch that is located 3 1/2 miles East of Highway 99. We have something for everyone! You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

It's a 30-minute drive to Pawhuska and the Pioneer Woman's Mercantile, Tall Grass Prairie National Preserve, and the Osage Nation Museum. In the winter you can snuggle up next to the fireplace or in the summer you can jump off the dock and go swimming! We are 6 miles away from The Mercantile (10 minute drive). We have hosted many Weddings, Parties, Disc Golf Tournaments, Retreats, Boy Scout Camp-outs, Fishing Derbies, etc! We also have an RV Park as well!

Cottages on The Prairie, the Farmhouse

The Farmhouse is one of 4 cottages that are newly constructed in Pawhuska. Living room with vaulted ceiling, full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Coffee bar with various coffees and teas, sweeteners and creamers. There is a large dining table with plenty of room for eating or playing games. Special touches with exquisite woodwork and decorated with charm. Outside is a large pavilion with tables and plenty of seating. These cottages are one street over from the Mercantile.

Lynn St Bungalow

Charming two bedroom, two bath bungalow built in 1925. All original wood floors. Existing bath completely remodeled with a deep antique bathtub with shower. Bathroom with a walk-in shower en suite to master bedroom which is the "Bluegrass Room". The "Sunflower Wheat Room" is slightly larger with king beds in both bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen with basic cooking supplies provided. Security system with keyless entry. TV with DVD in living room and smart TV's in both bedroom & WiFi.
