This spacious and luxurious, brand new two-bedroom home has a spectacular view to the ocean. In clear days you can even see the Island of Vieques. Las Gaviotas (The Seagulls) gated community is peaceful and safe. The home was built by a retired Navy Officer who sailed the world in the 50-60’s and fought in WWII.
