Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay…is our tranquil designer-styled bay house. We believe it is the Central Coast’s best kept secret. At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

Wamberal Weekender Beachside Apartment

Our apartment backs on to Wamberal Beach, with direct access at the rear of the property (via stairs). It's the perfect spot for swimming, surfing and fishing. The apartment is suitable for couples and families. It has two bedrooms and sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen. Internal laundry. WiFi, Foxtel and Netflix. There are some great cafes and restaurants across the road, more in Terrigal 1km away. Other offerings in walking distance include Spoon Bay and Wamberal lagoon.

Relax and unwind in our beautiful, unique space, enjoying the sounds of nature as you indulge in the outdoor shower in the sun. With just a short walk to the waterfront, corner store and bottle shop, you can set up the perfect picnic down by the water or at home. Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

One of only a handful of beachfront properties just steps from the sand and a short stroll along the beach to the ocean baths Relax in our spacious 2 bdrm apartment looking out to sea with unobstructed ocean views from the living area and balcony; level access and ⚡️Fast WiFi with Netflix, Prime and YouTube Premium. Step onto the sand, wander into town for fish + chips, visit the carnival, ride the ferris wheel, enjoy cafes and playgrounds or simply sit back and relax by the sea 🐚 🌊 🏖️

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Private cottage with water views on 6 acres with frontage to Cockle Bay - just a quick 2 min walk to the end of the property The cottage opens up fully to gardens overlooking water views. Ideally suited to animal lovers as we have dogs and horses are just over the fence next door. Our very friendly “Sizzle” sausage dog loves to visit guests if permitted :) Charming and unique, air-conditioned or just enjoy the sea breezes. Come by ferry, water taxi ( not jet ski) by to our car-free island. Curl up with a book, bushwalk, birdwatch, throw in a line or stroll down to the cafe for coffee. Drenched in northern sun, winter here is the best time of year! With 1 king bed (lux memory foam) plus 2nd double bed, you can sleep up to 4 (2 adults +2 children max, or 3 adults).
