Above the Trail

Prefer short term stays of 28 days or less, but open to discussing a longer stay. The carriage house is private so that you feel separate from the main house. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood on the side of Eagle Ridge Mountain. You will be six kilometers from downtown Grand Forks, a short drive with lots of shopping. You can easily access to the Trans Canada Trail around the corner from the carriage house where you can hike, bike, ATV, cross-country ski; an outdoor enthusiast's dream!

Located just off the Main street in Nakusp, near restaurants and stores, the lake and beautiful boardwalk. A small and cozy suite, this air conditioned unit has a kitchenette serviced with a fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and dishes . Washer/dryer in suite. Private bathroom. Queen sized bed. Plenty of parking. We have a no pets and no smoking policy. Hot springs, mountain biking, hiking, cross country skiing and snow shoeing in winter, kayaking, boating and swimming in the summer.

Our serene and peaceful cabin is situated 15 min from town center where you will find supermarkets, the rec center, a movie theater, shops, and restaurants. Creston also offers tours of the Kokanee Brewery and local vineyards during the summer. We are 20 min from Kootenay lake. The West Creston Wetlands Conservation Area is at the bottom of the hill. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, right on the lake and nestled in the mountains. Located in a very quiet neighbourhood with a secluded beach within very short walking distance. It’s an 8 minute drive to the beautiful village of Kaslo and a 10 minute drive to Ainsworth Hot Springs. It's a 30 minute walk to the stunning ‘Fletcher Falls’; an amazing waterfall and quiet beach. There is also year round use of a hot tub which overlooks the stunning view of the lake and mountains.

Kootenay Lake is 125km long,situated between the Selkirk Range and the Purcell Range and surrounded by wilderness. Swim,Kayak,canoe,sail,mountain bike,cycle, golf,ski, x-country ski ! it's all close by. Centrally situated to get to Nelson,Ainsworth hot Springs,Kaslo,Whitewater ski hill....

A Peaceful and Private Studio Suite

A beautiful suite nestled in nature. It is located just outside of Balfour with access to the ferry landing, balfour store, a gas station and bakery. Ainsworth Hotsprings is a short 15 min drive, Kokanee Creek Provincial Park is 10 minutes away and Balfour Golf Course is even closer! Nelson and all its amenities is about a 25 minute jaunt. 4 wheel drive is recommended during winter weather as the last little stretch is a little steeper. Winter weather can be unpredictable.

Perfect getaway! This private, new, detached cottage is nestled just steps from Kootenay Lake in lower Nelson. With 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, sleeps 4, this tranquil space will meet your relaxing needs.
