The care takers pier house is the most unique way to embrace Brentwood Bay . Being the oldest private marina in BC you will sense its rich history on the walls of the house. On the peir you will find boat builders and canvas makers and the largest paddle sport operation on the island. Brentwood spa is a 4 minute walk down the path , seahorse cafe is next door and butchart gardens is in the same bay. All who come to Brentwood bay love the little island feel at portside marina .

Newly built 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house located 15 minutes north of Victoria and 10 minutes south of Victoria International Airport. There is room for the entire family with 3 full sized bedrooms each with a queen bed. In the kitchen you'll find stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops.
