It’s a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive to the beach, with Todos Santos 15 minutes away and El Pescadero just 5 minutes. As we’re 100% off-grid, the generator may turn on automatically day or night to ensure continuous power, especially with extended AC use.

New private, cozy, safe casita with a small outdoor kitchen (best for LIGHT cooking)and high speed internet located in San Vicente neighborhood, 10-15 mins walking to downtown Todos Santos and 15 mins walking to La Poza beach. The casita shares the property with our eco-build main house. Bike from the casita to beautiful mountain biking trails or drive 10 mins to the surf /swim break at Cerritos.
