Karaoke is on Thursday nights and church service is on Sunday. It is a short drive to Miami Beach, Freights Bay, Oistins, St Lawrence Gap, Bridgetown and the Airport. Little Chancery occupies a quiet spot at a breezy location near the ocean. You'll escape the tourist crowd here, although it's just a short trip by car or bus to shops, restaurants and nightlife. There's also a small local supermarket, just 10 minutes walk away. It's only six minutes from the house to Long Beach. It really is long (one mile) and great for walks. The water’s warm, the surf impressive and the trade wind here will keep you cool. Swim only if you are confident in the surf.

We ask guests to be considerate and keep the apartment, patio and pool deck clean and tidy as there is no maid service during your stay

Lovely property right by the ocean with 2 independent studios; # 2 studio is on the ground floor exposed to the breeze coming from the east and can sleep 2 people; the bedding can be either a king size bed or 2 single ones, so please let us know in advance what you’d prefer; the unit has a/c, kitchenette, bathroom and a patio with a fantastic view of the ocean. Silver Sands Is not a central area, renting a car would be a good idea.
