Large indoor wood-burning fireplace, outdoor fire pit, and lots of water toys, including 2 kayaks, 1 canoe and a SUP board. There is also a trampoline for the kids! Fully maintained road makes this a perfect winter getaway location in winter!

In the winter, spend a cosy day indoors or enjoy time outdoors. Two cross country ski/snowshoe locales—Kawartha Nordic Ski Club and Silent Lake Provincial Park—are within a half-hour drive.

Located one hour from Toronto, Birchwood is a luxury camping experience for two. Immersed in a private forest on Scugog Island, our geodesic dome allows for a cozy and relaxing getaway. Enjoy the surrounding landscape and check out local shops and restaurants on Port Perry main street. Our geodome is designed for 2 guests however, a group 3 adults are welcome. Pretty Stoney Lake Cabin Suite

Guests have their own cozy studio apartment, which is private and located on the ground floor with their own entrance. It does Not include the entire cabin. Has a kitchenette with BBQ outside. The Log Cabin is directly across from the Petroglyphs Provincial Park (May-Oct); however, you can hike all year long, even with the gates closed, and also down the road to Stoney Lake with full access to a public beach (May-Oct). Perfect getaway any time of the year.

The cottage is nestled on the scenic shores of Chandos Lake, one of the cleanest lakes in the Kawartha’s, a mere 2.5 hours northeast of Toronto and 3 hours from Ottawa. Well equipped with modern amenities, you sacrifice nothing. There is a gentle slope to the water’s edge where you’ll find a dock and a great swimming spot with a sandy bottom. There are 2 kayaks, a canoe and a paddleboat available for your use along with the recommended safety equipment.
