This beautifully finished and furnished luxury ground floor apartment has the benefit of being level walking distance to the lovely bay of Grouville, with its long sandy beach and golf course on the door step. The bungalow is private, quiet and well located with the bus stop just outside. ** Please note we can accommodate 4 x adults plus a child up to the aged of 5 (the 5th bed is a toddler bed) plus a baby as we have a travel cot. The bungalow wouldn't be suitable for 5 adults in total due to bed space ** We provide baby/toddler items including a travel cot, toys, high chair enabling you to travel lightly.

North Barn is an 18th century stone building, bursting with character, set on the banks of the River Dart. Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space.
