It sits in a private forest full of wildlife but is only a 5-minute walk to Franklin Street and the UNC campus. Our guest house is tucked behind our house on a bus line to UNC, walking distance to The Cat’s Cradle, the farmer’s market, and downtown. You will be welcomed by our two Cattle Dogs, and maybe some of our five cats (none allowed in the guest house). The house sleeps four in two cozy queen-sized bedrooms. Access to a Tesla charger.

Comfortable, clean, attractive, and very secluded. It is a studio apartment with one double bed, perfect for one person, cozy for two.. Your friendly, well behaved dog is welcome, but don't ever let your dog on the furniture or leave your dog alone uncrated. Sorry, no cats.
