The Boathouse

We call it the Boathouse, but it could just as easily be called the treehouse. It sits just feet from a tidal creek amidst giant live oak trees. A short dock is right outside the door, so bring your kayaks or other small craft. Although cozy, it offers everything a simple cottage should. Shem Creek is minutes away, as are the beaches. You'll be 5-10 minutes from downtown Charleston, but with free off-street parking, AND you can walk to dozens of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Avondale is Central to all parts of Charleston, and its a cinch to drive to everywhere from here. This studio apartment is private, modern, and newly renovated. You'll have a kitchenette, grill, outdoor seating, and access to beach equipment. Also only a 5 minute walk to the West Ashley Greenway for biking/jogging!

Tiny House studio stay in Moncks Corner

The tiny house is located in our backyard in a small town, Moncks Corner, South Carolina. As you enter the house, you will notice that it is small but it has everything you will need to enjoy your stay! A kitchen to cook in, a table to eat or work at, a nice place to shower and sleep - all in the same room. It is small yet very comfortable and welcoming! We operate off of well water. If you are not used to well water, the smell can sometimes be surprising. Please note: the water is safe.
