The Sauna, located in the gravel garden looks out onto sculptures and plants.

The famous fossil beach of Charmouth is a short 10 minute walk away, and the cottage is ideally located for walking the South West Coast Path, exploring Lyme Regis, or simply enjoying a relaxing beach holiday. The cottage is couple / family / dog friendly, and a beautiful place to make memories.

We are located between north and south coasts so stunning beaches on hand as well as two national parks, Exmoor and Dartmoor.

Sunnyside at Waterhouse Farm is a spacious farmhouse on our working farm in West Dorset, surrounded by fields and woodland. The house has a fenced garden and easy access to miles of local footpaths. Upstairs are two large ensuite bedrooms: one with a king bed, the other with either three singles or a double and single. Downstairs features a cosy sitting room with wood burner, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, plus a utility room with cloakroom.
