Our lakeside home is a newly built, well-appointed cottage home in the popular neighborhood of Rice Hope in Port Wentworth, GA. 14 miles to Downtown Savannah, 9 miles to the Savannah Airport, and 2 miles to I-95. 30 miles to Tybee Island Beach and 35 miles to Hilton Head, SC. Publix grocery store, Dollar General, liquor store, and Italian/Asian cuisine are all within the Rice Hope community. The backyard is not fenced.
