Quiet space in the country

Small addition to our house for out of town guests and family. Private entrance and isn’t connected to the rest of the house from inside, but above the room is our kids' bedroom. It has a little kitchen area with a water boiler microwave and fridge (no freezer). There’s a small bathroom with a shower and a queen bed all in 160 square feet,so a very tiny, tight space :) there’s a little porch area to hang out. This is a charming loft that is next to our 1896 renovated historical home. You will enjoy this freshly redesigned cozy homestead. It lies hidden within the historic district of a quaint little town incorporated in 1860, and you will find it just outside of Atlanta in Coweta County. Grand in its simplicity, Senoia is a destination for those who seek to decompress from a modern, fast-paced lifestyle or escape it altogether. Film enthusiasts can tour famous movie and tv spots with delicious eats.

Climb the stairs on the rear of the house (40+ total steps, please be prepared) and feel like you're climbing into the vibrant Atlanta canopy. View the sunrise from full height picture windows. Trillith Studios and The Walking Dead sites of Senoia are 12 and 25 minutes away respectively . The private entrance with keyless entry means you can come and go at any time. It is a self-contained unit attached to our house, with your own bathroom and shower. The cul-de-sac and a large yard accent the restful experience.

Looking to get away for a weekend, a couple seeking to reconnect, or on vacation? We are close to the famous Greenway for biking, hiking, walking and running. There are plenty of places to eat, shop, and experience the beauty of Milton/Alpharetta all within a 4 to 20 minute radius of our location. We have an available roll-away bed if needed, the cost is $10.

Private bath with compost toilet, shower and sink. Access to paddle boat with life jackets available. Fishing rods if you want to try it!

Guest Suite in Historic Covington

Enjoy a unique experience at The Pirate House guest suite in historic Covington. Located in a beautifully decorated circa 1910, New Orleans style home. Just a half mile walk to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Covington and even closer to many popular filming locations. While this home has not been used for filming, all of the surrounding properties have and it is mentioned on local tours due to its unique design & eccentric holiday decor that is displayed year round.

The suite is attached to the main home by a patio roof but does not share an entrance or heating/AC with the main home (about 25 ft between them). Pets welcome, no cleaning fees or pet fees!

Located 1 mile from downtown Thomaston, this private upstairs 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment is perfectly suited for a business trip or a weekend getaway. With private access and plenty of parking, Nana's Retreat is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. There is a small kitchenette complete with refrigerator, microwave, stove oven, sink, and Keurig coffeemaker. There is also pool access with 3 lounge chairs and floats available.
