Available year-round, this cottage is quaint & cozy, can sleep 3-4 (1 double bed, 1 single & futon), has all the modern amenities, with small kitchen, bathroom, bedding, linens, BBQ. Off Grid Converted Sugar Shack

This little rustic OFF GRID converted sugar shack is perfect for a quiet getaway. There are 2 solar panels that feed the lighting and water pump; limited, non-drinking water for the 2 sinks; and compostable toilet. There is no shower and no fridge. A small cooler, an urn of drinking water and firewood are provided. The shack is on our 35 acre property, with our home 500 ft down the lane. You will have access to our property to walk through the maple forest and wildflower meadow.

The Gate House is a renovated 150 year old log building with 2 single beds, in floor heating, bathroom with shower & kitchenette with hot plate, toaster oven, coffee maker, small fridge & microwave, dining & sitting area.
