This is a well equipped spacious one bed flat with a king size bed. It accommodates two, but can sleep up to four people with the use of the sofa bed. It's approximatley 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of Charlbury. Open plan lounge/kitchen area. Off street parking for up to two cars. Use of the front garden for sitting out and watching the sunset of an evening. Charlbury has some lovely pubs and is an ideal base if you'd like to visit Oxford, Blenheim Palace and many other Cotswold towns.

The Loft at Newnham Lodge

In the middle of our farm, the Loft is a detached, self-contained first floor apartment accessed via an external oak staircase. There are 2 bedrooms, a huge bathroom with free-standing bath and separate shower, a galley kitchen (two ring hob, microwave and combi oven/grill), and ample living space. The Loft sleeps a max of 4 people with either 2 superkings OR one superking and 2 singles. A cot is also available. There is a dining table, sofas with TV, and a flat-screen TV in each bedroom.

The Rabbit Hutch

Self contained studio annex in a quiet Oxfordshire village pub. Sits within easy reach of Banbury,silverstone,and the Coltswolds. Just off the M40. The Rabbit hutch sleeps upto 2 adults. Features: four poster bed in a stylish living space with kitchenette/diner (with washing machine and dishwasher), and bathroom with bath and over bath shower. (Access is not suitable for people with mobility issues). The pub offers a unique dining experience with peaceful outdoor spaces and country walks.

Built in the 17th Century it has been a successful country pub serving home-cooked food and local ales for over 100 years.

The White Lion Studio

A spacious studio apartment at The White Lion, an Oxfordshire country pub. 10 mins to Bicester Village, 20 mins to soho farmhouse, on the edge of the Cotswalds. One double bed and one double sofa bed (additional bedding can be requested). Small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and tea/coffee making facilities. New bathroom with shower. On grounds of beautiful old pub (drinks only but hosting regular food trucks) with free parking and plenty of lovely walks from the studio.

Relaxing retreat on the edge of the Cotswolds

The house is situated 10 minutes away from Moreton In Marsh, a beautiful cotswolds town with great train links to London, as well as being close to Stratford-Upon-Avon (Shakespeare's birthplace). The village has a great pub which is 1/2 a mile down a single track lane from the studio. Guests will be welcomed by either myself, Jo or Ken. This is a private, quiet, stylish and modern , clean studio flat in the historic town of Winchcombe in the Cotswolds. Included is a top class, well equipped kitchenette, shower room and sofa with TV. It has a light and airy feel. There are stunningly beautiful walks in every direction. Access via a staircase. There is free parking for one car on site.
