The Annexe is a lovely beach themed open plan living space with upstairs double bedroom and downstairs living/dining space with 2 additional single beds plus kitchen area and separate shower room/wc. You are independent with separate front door and off-road parking space. DOGS OK! We provide breakfast basics, a microwave and 2 ring cooker if required. We are close to Southend Barns, Witterings, Goodwood, Bosham and Chichester. Space for surf boards, kite surfs, bikes in garage. Weekly discount.

The area is perfect for walking, boating, cycling and sightseeing. Chichester, Portsmouth, and Goodwood are nearby as well as the award winning beaches of West Witterings.

A spacious and comfortable two-storey annexe, within a 5 minute walk of Chichester City Centre. Downstairs: private entrance hall, cloakroom with W.C and basin, large kitchen-diner, lounge. Upstairs: large bedroom with en-suite shower and small twin bedroom. (Guests using the twin room will need to access the shower room via the main bedroom).The Annexe also consists of a private and quiet courtyard garden.
