Newly converted in 2023 & purpose designed with a beautiful fitted kitchen & modern bathroom. A private, cosy pod nestled right on the edge of the cotswold way, perfectly situated for taking long walks and having dinner at an abundance of welcoming country pubs, before returning to relax in the hot tub to star gaze with a bottle of bubbly. The pod is an idyllic bolthole to escape the rat race, cosy up and read a book with a fresh coffee, cook sausages and toast Marshmallows on the fire in our undercover seating area or go and explore historic neighbouring villages and the city of Bath.

Stunning 17th century Cotswolds townhouse annexe

Rounceval House is a marvellous 17th century stone-built town house in the shadow of the south Cotswolds escarpment on the famous Cotswold Way walk. It was an upmarket 11-bedroom boutique hotel until recently. New owners Richard and Leanne now run it as a family home and rent out the self-contained three-double bedroomed eastern annexe wing to guests. It's a lovely space. The bedrooms are exceptionally large. The double beds in them are also very large (either king-sized or super king-sized).

The Cider House is a spacious and comfortable home opposite the Village Green in Cromhall, near to Wotton-under-Edge on the southern fringe of the Cotswolds in Gloucestershire. The village is conveniently located for the M5, with J14 approx. 10 mins by car, and the A38 a similar distance. Easy access to local market towns of Thornbury and Wotton-under-Edge, as well as to Bristol and Bath. The barn is next door to our home but entirely self-contained and private with parking for two cars.

The yard overlooks our fields where our Llamas, Alpacas and horses live. Perfectly located for Yate, Badminton, Bristol, walks in the Cotswolds and their beautiful villages and slightly further afield Bath, Cheltenham.
