Built in 1883, this house is especially unique because we are only a few steps from the Washington Civic Center, a favorite place for location weddings, as well as the historic downtown! Fresh air, open skies and a lot of space. A place where children can run and adults can play ride bikes and take long walks. Pocosin Lakes National Wildlife Refuge and six other wildlife refuges are located within an easy drive. Our community of Terra Ceia is located in the center of the historic towns of Belhaven, Bath, Plymouth and Washington. A day trip to the Atlantic Ocean is easy as the cottage is approximately ninety miles to beaches both north and south.

Dockside Daze is a beautiful waterfront home overlooking the Neuse River. Relax on the back deck with a glass of wine while watching the sunset view of the New Bern skyline. It’s just a five-minute drive to historic downtown New Bern where you will find great restaurants and plenty of unique, local shops. This property does not have sufficient parking for trailers. Due to allergies, no pets. Check out 5:00pm Sundays only.

I Built in 1913, this historic site was originally the Norfolk-Southern Cafe. In the 1930s, the building was the site of grocery stores and meeting spaces, eventually becoming a popular coffee shop called "The Coffee Caboose". The space was converted into a private house, located steps from the waterfront and downtown dining and shopping. We sincerely invite you to come and enjoy our waterfront town.
