It is situated in the traditional village of Lafkos, near the village square, which has two tavernas, a traditional coffee shop, two gift shops and a playground. Lafkos also has a third taverna off the square, a bakery, a butcher, two mini markets with fresh produce, and a cafe all within easy reach.

Unser großer Garten mit dem liebevoll renovierten ebenerdigen Steinhaus und angeschlossenem Studio liegt nur 10 Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt. Milina bietet viele Strände in der näheren Umgebung, Tavernen, Supermärkte, Apotheke und ATM. Ein idyllischer Fischerhafen und Strandbars lassen Urlaubsstimmung aufkommen. Studio No2 is 1 of the 3 independent studios of the first floor of the house, next to the beach. It has a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom and 2 beds (double-single) comfortable for 3 people stay. It has a balcony with view to the sea. In front of the house there is a garden and a big yard where guests can relax watcing the sea view. There is available space for parking, use of barbeque and an additional external shower.
