Peaceful studio inspired on the backcountry huts. With a unique feature of a high bunk bed, if you are scared of height or a bit clumsy take the basecamp sofa bed on the ground floor while the more daring ones can enjoy the height and views up there. Peaceful and private, you are guaranteed a joyful experience. Bus stop right at our door, 5 min. walk supermarket, 7 min. bus to town. Next to the port hills with beautifull walks. A self-contained kitchen includes a microwave, fridge/ freezer, dinnerware for two and Nespresso coffee machine, plus instant hot water.

Beachside Shack and hot tub

Newly renovated self contained cottage minutes from the beach, shops and walks. The Shack has had a new lease of life and sits at the back of your hosts house. You have your own entrance and privacy, a spa to soak in and your own courtyard to watch the sunset. Comes with a friendly dog too! A 2 minute walk to watch the sunrise on the beach or the same to watch the sunset over Christchurch. Markets , hot pools, supermarket and shops 15 min walk. Bus stop to city also close. Perfect!

The Cottage at Whites Farm

Private sunny (Fraemer) cottage, horses and dogs welcome, 2 bedrooms (both have queen size beds), on a small farm, parking, internet. Mandaville shops (5 mins drive) - Indian, Thai, fish n chips, bar and restaurant; Rangiora & wineries nearby, Airport 15 mins, Christchurch City 15 mins away. We have calves and cows, and 2 dogs, Olive and Dante; children and dogs need to be supervised and have fun, horses welcome @$50.00 a night ** please let us know if you are bringing a dog,

The boat shed

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil kiwi bach. Stonesthrow from sandy beach, short walk to the pub and only a 20 minute drive to central Christchurch this is the place to be close to the city but feel like a world apart. Outdoor kitchen, separate bathroom with gas shower, use of sit on sea kayaks. Laundry by negotiation. Car port parking but the drive is pretty steep, other parking just below. 15 min drive to Lyttleton with all amenities and easy access to the harbour bays.
