You feel as if you are in the middle of “nowhere” but are only 30 min from Branson and 30 minutes from Springfield. Only 3.5 miles (6 min) from the “Greenhouse Two Rivers” in Highlandville. This is a Christian home, located equal distance from Springfield, MO and Branson, with 30 minutes either direction. We are about 5 miles from Trail Springs mountain bike park. We are 15 minutes from Ozark Mill project and downtown area. We are 10 minutes from great hiking trails at Busiek State Park, (URL HIDDEN) and many other hiking opportunities within 30 minutes. The acreage adjoins Old Wire Conservation Area, an 800 acre Missouri Conservation area with hiking trails.
