Set in a beautiful hollow down a mile-long gravel drive, surrounded by mountains and mixed hardwood forest. Peaceful seclusion, just 10 minutes from the heart of the New River Valley. You will be close to everything, only a few minutes off I-81, 10 minutes to Radford University and 20 minutes to Virginia Tech. A King bed to take all your worries away with a sofa sleeper for a little extra room. You will be centrally located to local attractions within Radford, along with Radford University and Virginia Tech. The Radford Dwelling is one block from the local walking/biking trails that take you through many parts of Radford including Wildwood Park, Bisset Park and down to Radford University. The Radford Dwelling is located on a dead end street with ample parking. Enjoy outdoor seating, an upstairs living room or a downstairs family room while you are visiting.

Home Sweet Hokie is 8 minutes from VT, 15 minutes from RU and less than 1 mile from the CHRISTIANSBURG AQUATIC CENTER. This charming Cape Code is settled on a quaint street, readily accessible to VA Tech and our families favorite, Lane Stadium. On a one acre corner lot, we welcome guests to relax and experience the Appalachian Mountains and its treasures like hiking, wineries or tubing on the New River. All new beds and decor.
