Seit Herbst 2019 erstrahlt das Cottage oberhalb von Flims auf 1500 müM. Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! The renovated 3.5-room holiday apartment is located on the quiet outskirts of Churwalden, a charming village that serves as the gateway to the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski area. The village center, with shops, restaurants, a swimming pool, an ice rink, and cable cars, is a maximum of 10 minutes on foot. The return journey from the ski area to the house is possible with skis, or alternatively, the bus can be used. The Furnerschhus bus stop is located about 100 meters from the apartment.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Der Ort verfügt über eine spektakuläre Sommerrodelbahn. Das Zentrum mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Freibad / Eisfeld, sowie alle Liftstationen sind in max. 10min zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Rückfahrt von der Piste zum Haus ist mit Skis oder dem Bus möglich.
